REFUND POLICY

At RyzonDigi, we provide digital products that are delivered instantly after successful payment.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and customers receive immediate access to purchased content, all sales are generally final.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed if:

• Duplicate charges occurred
• The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
• The customer never received access despite successful payment
• A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Lack of product usage
• Software incompatibility disclosed in product requirements
• Customer misunderstanding of product functionality
• Purchases made solely for evaluation purposes
• Downloaded or accessed digital products

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized claims, or abuse of payment systems may result in account restrictions and supporting evidence being provided to payment processors.

Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
